GARDEN DESIGN SERVICES

Lucy will initially carry out a site visit to gain an appreciation of the space and to discuss your landscape wish list.  Following this initial meeting, you will receive a design proposal that outlines the fee to develop a concept and master plan of your proposed garden.

Upon acceptance of the fee proposal, a concept plan will be developed.  The concept plan is a draft of the design that includes suggested hard landscaping, such as paving areas and retaining walls, and the location of recommended plantings and turf.  At this stage you will be presented with samples and images so that you can better visualise your proposed garden.

Once final changes have been made to the concept plan, a master plan is prepared. This plan includes a material and plant schedule and lighting plan.  Should plans require Council Approval, Fig is able to draw up more detailed plans for submission to local authorities.

Lucy is also available at an hourly rate if you are simply after some advice or inspiration for your own garden.
